5D™ is Lootok's project management model, which Lootok uses to integrate strategy, goals, and processes in the management of projects and client initiatives. As each project undergoes a planning process, 5D enables Lootok to adapt to the unexpected changes or modifications that may alter a project plan; ensure that a sufficient amount of time is allocated to researching, brainstorming, and blueprinting before the start of project development; and allow for testing and quality control before the final approval and packaging of the project.

5D includes quality management controls to exercise accountability and promise transparency with its clients. Lootok uses leading-industry software Daptiv to track business metrics and send detailed reports to clients. By facilitating information sharing, Daptiv makes it easy for colleagues to communicate and collaborate as a team, track progress, and manage projects thoroughly through each phase of the project lifecycle.

Our clients can expect excellence in research, analysis and recommendations; a consistent and easy-to-understand format for all documentation; an account and/or project manager for project coordination; a team approach for each aspect of a project; and a final review and quality check before any reports or other deliverables are released. Using 5D, Lootok adheres to established industry professional practices as defined by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) and Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), and standards from the National Fire Protection Association, British Standards Institute, and others. This ensures an effective and auditable means of measuring performance, both externally and internally.
