What is your leadership personality?

People are different. Every day we "type" those around us. It helps us deal with the complexities and surprises of our interactions with others. Knowing how we're different makes our uniqueness okay, and knowing that others share some of our oddities can provide us with some solace.

The Commander's Profile is the beginning of a self-discovery process designed to help you find your "best-fit". We all have many 'selves' - such as our home self, our work self, our friend self. In this process, you're looking for your core self. The self you were born as, your personality DNA. Many people experience a tremendous release of energy and feeling of joy when they discover their core self. Acting or 'being' very different from our core self often has a high energy cost or drain associated - until we become practiced and it becomes part of our developed self.

We all look at things through filters. Try to remove your filters for this process. It's easy to think of things contextually, but you're trying to get at your "core self."
