The BCM Portal is Lootok's solution for managing your business continuity program. Many programs suffer from a lack of centralization, coordination, and easy access to information. The BCM Portal is developed using Microsoft Sharepoint, a tool with diverse, built-in project management features, and customized by Lootok for business continuity efficiency. With easily configured document repositories, databases, task assignment, shared calendars, discussion boards, announcements, and more, the BCM Portal helps program managers and participants save untold hours by creating a one-stop shop for everything business continuity. With permissions-group based access, you can easily control and direct different teams to the right information.

As a Sharepoint-based solution, the BCM Portal can be built into your existing Sharepoint intranet, or can be hosted by a third party such as Rackspace or FPWeb, ensuring secure access outside of your company network. The BCM Portal can serve as a complement to your third party BCM software provider, offering easy access to training, discussions, project management checklists, and information, or can serve as an alternate, offering a simple, Excel-like method of entering and updating plan and BIA information.

The BCM Portal is easy to learn, use, and customize, and is scalable as your program expands. Features typically include:
