Risk Assessment

The Risk Assessment is a foundational step in business continuity implementation, in which a company lays out the risks that have potential to disrupt its operations, using a formula that takes into account the factors of probability (likelihood) and impact. Creating this risk landscape allows leadership to visualize the most consequential risks for the company, and consider which resiliency strategies could be put in place to mitigate specific risks, as well as perform risk-specific contingency planning.
